Nursery and Reception Sports

Our nursery and reception class were very lucky in choosing a day which didn’t have torrential rain.  They had a great time sharing their sport’s skills with their friends and family.

Key Stage 2 Hockey

Some of our key stage 2 children took part in a Hockey festival.  This is the first time our children have played hockey competitively and they were a credit to our school and their Hockey coach, Miss Bailey.

Community Singing

Our school choir performed a short concert for the residents of The Limes Residential Home in Fenton.  This is the second time our children have shared their musical expertise.  The concert was enjoyed by all.

Year 4 Evacuation!

Our year 4 children went back in time to WWII.  They experienced life as an evacuee at Churnet Valley Railway.

Reception Visit to Hanley Museum

Our reception class had a great time exploring our local museum in Hanley.  They took part in a workshop as well as looking at the great exhibits.

Christ Church in the Community

Our year 6 school council, head boy and head girl helped to create an Easter window display in our local Co-op using art work created by year 6.

Little Library Van Visit

Our nursery and reception children really enjoyed it when ‘The Little Library Van’ visited school.
