Former pupils visited our school to help Reverend Vivienne deliver whole school worship to celebrate Pentecost.
As part of their WWII topic our year 4 class experienced an evacuation. They weren’t expecting the train to completely stop in the tunnel but it added to the experience.
Year 1 had a wild day out at Chester Zoo learning more about the life cycle of animals.
Our year 4 really got into the spirit of World Book Day. They had a superb day sharing books dressed as their favourite characters.
Our school council helped to run our Fairtrade shop during fairtrade fortnight. We think they did an excellent job.
Mrs Worthington led a whole school assembly to introduce fair trade fortnight. The theme this year is breakfast so we were all left feeling very hungry.
Our year 6 pupils were joined by pupils from St Peter’s Academy to receive a very special science lesson delivered by Dr Dickers from Cambridge University. This was as part of our Raising Aspirations vision.
Year 6 visited the Harry Potter studios as part of their Harry Potter themed English topic. A great day was had by all!
